Properties and Applications

Actmix DTDM-80GE F200 is a sulfur carrier-containing vulcanization crosslinking agent, which features long scorch time and slow vulcanization rate. It can be used alone together with accelerators. During vulcanization, active sulfur will precipitate out to participate in the crosslinking process, forming monosulfide bonds and polysulfide bonds, and is used for sulfur-free vulcanization. It can also be used together with sulfur and accelerators. The vulcanized rubber has excellent heat aging resistance and low compression set performance. It is generally used in efficient and semi-efficient vulcanization systems, and can also be used in high-temperature rapid vulcanization systems to produce heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as heat-resistant aging products like sealing strips, rubber hoses, protective sleeves, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
